Orders placed before 4 p.m. Central Time (2 p.m. Pacific Time) on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) are processed the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–7 business days via standard shipping.

Standard Shipping Rates
Standard shipping for one-time purchases of Divot Board products and turf mats is $6.99 per order in the contiguous United States. Orders containing both pay this charge once.
Tee Claw and other supplier-fulfilled products retain supplier-calculated shipping, which may add a separate charge in mixed carts. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses, and international destinations is calculated at checkout. Digital-only orders do not require shipping. Pad subscriptions retain their existing shipping terms and 10% subscription discount.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@divotboard.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
